Rise up

As humans we second guess everything at times, even with the smallest things in life. We second guess what we want to wear, eat, etc., and without even knowing we also second guess what God has already spoken into our lives.

"Have faith, be positive, or it'll be okay" is something so easy to say, but so hard to actually believe at times. I am sure that we all have lost hope at some point. 

Have you ever felt like you've reached rock bottom but you can't even get up? or Even felt like you don't deserve God's love? But see, that is the amazing thing about Jesus! He isn't looking for someone that "knows it all" or that "doesn't make any mistakes" because He  knows that we can be a complete mess.. or at least I know that I can be, but we are His mess. 

See, you were created for a purpose. You were created to be slowly transformed by God into who you were meant to be "Yet LORD, you are our Father; we are the clay, and you are our potter; we all are the work of your hands." [Isaiah 64:8 CSB] 

The enemy's job is to destroy your hope, family, finances, faith, and even your identity in Christ. 

"A thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I have come so that they may have life and have it in abundance." [John 10:10 CSB] 

If He can get you to believe one of his lies, he can slowly start to infiltrate himself into what God is trying to do in you and through you. Jentezen Franklin wrote one of my favorite books of all times called "The Spirit of Python" in his book, he explains how the enemy slowly starts to take your breathe away in different ways, but he also speaks about how our; prayer, worship, preachings, teachings, paintings have a powerful impact when we do it believing in Him.

I feel as if this generation has a lot to offer to this world but we second guess God so often that we end up allowing the enemy to take over our dreams. I don't know about you but I have had enough of that. It is time for this generation to rise up and start using the talents that God has given us. 

Walk in boldness for He created you to be fierce as a lion. You are a son and daughter of a True King! I encourage you to walk into what God has prepared for you. I pray that this blog ends up being a blessing for you and that it may be used to do whatever God wants to do in your life.
